Just a quick post to request that you all take a look at the schedule section of the site to see the new class times and schedule. There is also a link to download the schedule for the rest of the month up to December. Please take a look and make yourselves familiar!

Hey Guys,
I attended a demonstration today at McCaskey East with my family. We originally went for my daughter to watch to see if she has an interest in joining classes. While I was there, I realized it is something I would be interested in as well. I work second shift, so I am wondering if there are any classes held during the day.

will there ever be classes in blue bell pa, phoenixville pa, or king of prussia pa or collegeville pa…lancaster is far from us, and philly is after work …the road is always congested after 5:30p.m.

hey guys do u have any capoeira clases in york pa or at less near here i m very interested in learnig capoeira…. thanks guys
